The first thing he notice was his jacket, the missing one, laying on his chair like it had always been there.
Griff dumped his bag on his bed and glanced over at Karev's things. Oh yeah, the roommate had swiped it all right. Somehow he'd not noticed it the night before, but it was obvious Karev had something to do with the odd disappearance and random reappearance. Even if Griff could teleport, he knew his belongings couldn't.
Pulling a fresh pencil set and sketch pad from the desk, he climbed onto his bed, settling the pad against his knees to spend some time ignoring everything that jacket made him think of and why Karev had given it back now. Drawing from memory came easily enough, his pencils scratching regularly against the paper with little need of the eraser.
Of course, it helped that there was no water involved in this particular memory.
