And O'Brien had Howie's Inmate's ability, and both she and Adam had their powers restored when Bel and Alastair did a month ago, so it can be narrowed down even further than that.

Yeah, that one concerns me. And the fact that it was a Warden when they'd only previously been targeting Inmates. The first time, it makes sense. The Wardens here are all operating at full power anyway, but why would you want to make a Warden more powerful, even if it's a really useless power?

But that hasn't stopped most of us before. I don't want or need superpowers to take charge of this place and most of the proactive Wardens here are just human and that means a lot more than some flashy light shows.
