vaguely productive day - less messy (i wouldn't go so far as "tidy") room, 1600-odd words of essay written, MS Office reinstalled on my (defragmented) laptop, and now watching Interview with the Vampire. still anxious and phoneless waiting for my bogus (though justifiable in my eyes - it's not my fault alec got pissed and sat on my mobile) insurance claim to go through. may go to tess' clubnight tomorrow, though it'll depend on tasha being able to go too since tess will be djing all night and i don't know her warwick mates. in other music-related news, me, tasha, matt and rosie are going to soulwax/2 many djs/babyshambles/the rakes/tiga/bloc party/other-bands-i-can't-remember on the 15th of april if anyone else wants to come. 20 quid and running from 10pm to 7am, but should be good.
