What if?

What if there was a place called Esoteria? It's wherabouts would be known by only a few, because all information about it would be esoteric. In short, only the few that lived there would know about it. Therefore, if the properties of Esoteria where to be esoteric in nature, would that not prove then that it existed? Of course, hardly anyone would be for sure that it existed, but it everyone knew about it, then it would cease to be Esoteria. So, the only way it could exist, is if not many knew about it.
I'm going to go ahead and assume that it exists.
