wish me well..
i've yet to fall asleep. considering my dad's "waking" me in half an hour to drop my car off for an oil change, i don't think i'm going to bed. maybe i'll just be able to stay up all day and fall asleep at a decent time (or at all) tomorrow night.
aww. i never read that stupid welcome screen. for some reason, it actually annoys me. but i caught a glimpse of a familiar ape; koko. we learned about her in behavioral and watched maybe too long of a tape on her. but she was so cute when she was first taken in (she was either hurt or abandoned, i forget.. cause ya know, it's been so long..) and learning ASL (animal sign language). and now she's 33. she's still cute. anyway i saw her picture so i read about her. and apparently she and another ape have been trying to have a baby for 11 years. and it reminded me of when she was a lot younger, she watched a tape of "ape bachelors" who she could chose from to come live and mate with her. and her reactions to each male ape were so funny. when she rejected them and especially when she chose the one she wanted. though they ended up just being friends. i'm sure nobody cares about this, but it's close to 6am, i didn't sleep, so i'm talking about koko. that's the only class i'm gonna miss.
