Okay- here we go :)

-I know, I have way too many shoes, but I am unusually obsessed with shoes, hats, purses, and anything with bows or polka-dots. I don't know why, I am just extremely drawn to them.
-My veggie answer..(I'm guessing you're a vegetarian?) I just think that the food chain is there and it does exist. We are higher than them on the chain, so it actually was sort of planned, but I can definitely see the points in vegetarianism. I hate what they do to the animals. They go about it the wrong ways. I see what you mean.
-Love answer: You misinterpreted, I probably said it wrong. I meant that I'm not just going to settle for someone who I don't really like just so I can say that I have a boyfriend. I prefer actual relationships that have more meaning to them than just someone to makeout with. You know?
-Sex: When I was talking about how morals are good, too, I mean that I don't believe in just sleeping with someone who you'll probably dump in 2 weeks just because it feels good. I believe in true, deep relationships (as you've read ;D). I just think that making sure you're with someone who you love is important. I know I plan on waiting until marriage, but I don't really have a problem with people who LOVE each other sleeping together.
-Homosexuals: Sorry about that. I do feel that homosexuals shouldn't be thought of as different from other people. I think that everyone has their own beliefs and are entitled to whichever "Sexual orientation" they choose fit.

Hope that cleared some stuff up ;)

I think I know what it really is that bothers me about your answers.
You typed a lot of words, but in the end, you didn't say anything.

For example, on vegetarianism, you made two positive statements and two negative statements...

+1: I have huge respect for vegetarians
+2: The meat preparation process is absurd
-1: We are above animals in the food chain
-2: They are designed for our consumption

...and then in your reply to my post, you repeated exactly the same statements in different words...

+1: We are higher than them on the chain,...
+2: so it actually was sort of planned,...
-1: ...but I can definitely see the points in vegetarianism.
-2: I hate what they do to the animals. They go about it the wrong ways.

...resulting in a net statement of: 0. You haven't actually really stated an opinion or a position on the issue.

I know I'm simplifying it, but this is how I read and come to understand your posts. I'm not really getting positive or negative vibes from it. I'm getting nothing. You're contradicting yourself, cancelling yourself out.

So my ultimate answer is abstain.

I don't see how finding the good and bad in something is wrong. I'm not complaining because I'm not "snazzy" to you, but I think that seeing both sides of a matter is important, too.

Of course seeing things from multiple angles is a good thing, but what I'm seeing here is a lack of conviction. You're willing to say "yeah, I think this, and I also think this, but I can see it either way." it sounds like you're just not willing to risk offending anybody by stating your actual, personal opinions.

All you've really said is "I can see why people would feel this way, and also how people would feel that way." You haven't said "I feel this way", or even "Even though I understand why people feel that way, I feel this way.

So I didn't say you weren't snazzy. You may very well be snazzy. My point is that I can't tell whether or not you are snazzy because I don't feel like I learned anything about you from the opinions on your application. So I'm still abstaining.
