Anyway, I had an awesome beach day yesterday. We made it down there pretty late but had a total blast sitting in the sun and just hanging out for awhile. I don't see sunshine often enough, between my job and how much I sleep on the weekends. It just tends to not happen as much. It's really nice on the rare occasion I can actually lay on a towel in the sand and wiggle my toes in the sunshine.
I also got pooped on by a seagull, but it hit my shin (nothing too important, hygienically) and so far I'm not showing any signs of the rage virus. I figured it could be worse, it could have been a New York pigeon.
