question about the Yokohama concert

I read that Jin will have a special concert in Yokohama Arena in January.(≧∇≦)
So does anyone know how we can get the concert tickets.
Is it again only for Johnny fanclub members ( I don't want to join just because of the concert) or is it true that you have to buy the CD to have a chance to go to the concert?
I live in Yokohama at the moment and don't want to miss the chance to go and see him (*^▽^*)
So I'm asking already to make if necessary a fanclub card (ーー;) or go buy a lot of CDs before xDD
I couldn't really keep up with all the information in the last months but I hope someone can answer me :D
Ah and if someone abroad wants a special cover, since if you order it on amazon you don't know what you get ( if this is still true) I can buy it for you, ne (≧∇≦)
