My week
My job is pretty cool so far! I'm not really doing anything yet, b/c I don't have a comp, but everyone is REALLY NICE!!! There's this one guy in particular that I really like... maybe b/c he's 5ft tall, and maybe b/c he reminds me of a Munchkin in a way (he's got a jolly smily look to him), but he says hi to me everyday and carries on a convo with me everyday. He wanted to "introduce me to someone".. and I didn't really know why he chose this one woman to introduce me to? Maybe I like him b/c he's a guy that's shorter than me... I've always been fond of short people. It's very weird that people that you connect and attach yourself to (no matter how distant the attachment is).. that in return that person seems to attach to you as well.
Everything has gone smoothly so far... except the first day I was there.. I decided to go find the meeting hall that we have meetings in every Monday at 1, so I'll know where it's at (I come IN at 1 on Mondays)... Well... I wandered around, found M (we're in A), but I needed to find B... Went thru some secured doors, that my badge accessed... and anyway.... long story short.. wound up in a secure area that I was NOT supposed to be in for another company, but they didn't make a big deal out of it.. How odd that my badge could access THEIR doors?... The only odd thing, is someone asked me if I was in trouble b/c I had was wearing a red shirt.. I didn't know if they were joking or not....
I'm GREAT with everything, love my job, even though it's a little boring right now... the ONLY thing I hate is having to wear SHOES!!!! I want my flip-flops and tennis shoes!!!!!!!!! It's INSANE how nice everyone is though... and I feel REALLY terrible b/c I don't remember ANYONE's NAME!!! I'm TERRIBLE with names.. I've remembered Cindy's, Robert's, Allen's, Joel's, and Sharon's, but that is IT...
I just ate 7 oreos.. (the most I've ever eaten in one sitting).. and I'm SICK AS A DOG!!
We got a free 59 mins today (for some reason they can't give you an hour, but they can give you 59 mins) so I got to leave at 3:20 today!!! and we get Monday off! :) I've got ta take Meer to get her teeth cleaned on Monday.... I'm really kinda upset.... I don't know what I'll do if something happens to her............ I know she needs it done to be healthy though.... I just don't want to do it...
