A squirell named Chipmunk

Ok well I just got back from college orientation a few hours ago and I've decided to cross off "going to college" from my list of things that I'm looking forward to. Well, just maybe. Here's my synopsis of the past 2 days...
We were seperated into groups, and since I'm in the honors college I was with all the other honors kids too. Now I have always been under the impression that there are quite a few people in this world who are both smart and cool. I was proved wrong. Like for real...out of the 30 people in the room with me, I could see myself talking to maybe 2 of them. Now it sounds like I'm just being snotty and arrogant and a bunch of other bad things but really, if you had met these people you would understand their annoyance. Here's an example. We had to play a game that involved answering random questions found on a beach ball that we threw to each other. The girl to my left's question was "What is your favortie TV show?" Her answer: "Well, I major in CSI, but I minor in Seinfield." Yeah, it was bad. So after a bunch of boring and useless-to-me sessions where we talked about topics such as "how to transfer your 47 AP credits to the university" and "how to major in both quantom physics and the biomolecular cell structure of ancient judo warriors" we had dinner and checked into our room. The best part of the whole experience was that I was able to room with my good friend Carlee. Unfortunately our room was stinky. Real stinky. While everyone was "partying it up" in the basement of the dorm, we snuck in, stole the food, and had a midnight snack of chocolate chip cookies, pizza rolls, chicken nuggets, reese pieces, and cherry coke. Yum. Today consisted of registering for all my classes and doing all the million other things I have to do to get ready for the fall. I am a big girl now. Actually, I am still a little kid going to big girl school. I don't even know how to do my own laundry. Wow. Ok, I should go take a shower, cause I havent had one since 6:00 yesterday morning. No no, don't think I'm gross, I would have been dirtier coming out of one of those dorm showers than I would have when I went in.

Oh yeah, I almost forgot. My dad wore a bathing suit to orientation.
