new stuff
Well all this week I've had PDAS training and I'm really tired of it all. At least the district isn't leaving me out in the cold and are training all new teachers classroom management. I feel sorry for the new graduates from UTEP. Some of them haven't a clue of what to do. Like my studies from Region 19 have said Bad classroom behavior starts from Bad Classroom management. In other words if you don't have your class running in an orderly fashion then it's going down the tubes. Anyway I've met a couple of my future students and they're nice kids... for werewolves. I hope I'm alive by the end of the semester. Hope I'm able to write about the experience later. Oh BTW can someone teach me some sign language I'm going to have some deaf ed students. Nice bunch of kids but I would like to communicate a little more than just though an interpreter.
