Last Christmas... This Christmas
I think last Christmas, I had a list that would have taken days to write.
Because I was unhappy.
Yup, pretty much.
It was late undergraduate blues that perpetuated to grad school depression.
This Christmas, I think I have never been as zen.
I hope to become more zen-like next year.
But that is a resolution.
This is meant to be a wish list.
Now that I don't need new stuff to be happy,
my list has struck.
I have now about... 3 items.
1. A leather jacket. Actually I have specifications and so this can easily just be a gift card from Forever 21.
For now, it's a tie between:
2. A pair of booties. But I have no idea which pair I want yet. And I am picky so this is another easy gift card.
3. This is most likely going to be from my reading/kinokuniya friends. I've been dying to get the complete set of 藏地密码, from 1-8. It will definitely make my day to be able to read something outside of academic soon! (In fact, I have somewhat started reading outside of school but being on and off is not the most enjoyable feeling.)
That's about it to feed my materialistic alter ego...
Oh and if possible, more "zen" for the coming year.
Plus some luck too.
And good company to go watch Sherlock Holmes. Criteria for good company includes tolerance for a hyperactive me who is there mostly for the sheer amount of facial hair that is on both Robert Downy Jr. and Jude Law. Mostly Jude Law actually.
