oh god I cannot wait for comps to be over
Sometimes I love research. Like today: when looking for a good scholarly article to pair with Grettis saga for the medieval monstrosity syllabus for my comps portfolio, I discovered an article entitled, "Size Matters: Penile Problems in Sagas of Icelanders." I kind of want to read this now. XD
Comps update: thanks to this week being Spring Break, basically everything for my portfolio is now finished except for the last little bits on my special interest syllabus and a few final annotations. Here's hoping I can get all of that done and approved by my Tuesday deadline (it perhaps doesn't help that, uh, one of the profs in question is apparently out of the office till Monday). HAY GUYS IT LOOKS LIKE I MIGHT MAKE IT AFTER ALL
