First day of classes
Well......today was my first day of classes....on my goal to finish college. Yeah! My first clasa at yes...that's right 8a.m.; is Intro. to Theatre....it's an art elective. It shows promise. I was involved in my theatre club in highschool and continued performing at anime conventions....for a while. Kind of took a hiatus from performing and recently costuming. Finally getting back into that...only not the crazy 5 costumes a day...I've been hearing and seeing some people do; but I digress. So this class is basically the behind the scenes....such as what theatre really is about. Sort of like a history class only it's also geared toward the audience perspective involved with theatre. Lots of writing and I believe we have a costume and set design group projects. As well as required to go see two plays in either phila. or NY and write about it. Than we have my business letter writing class....again a eng requirement. *ugh* I already took a class like this at my community college...but they wouldn't accept it as a transfer. So here we go again. Again lots fo writing with a looooong group report writing assignment which we begin in like two classes from now til the end of the semester. Fun Fun! So I'm gonna try real hard to get back into the whole study, do assignments on time thing. Hopefully I'll be out in 2 1/2 years. Since I can only take two classes a semester since I have to work full time, but I'll be done before I know it. That's what I keep telling myself. *L* Wish me luck everyone?!
