Tikun Nefesh
Went to temple, now I'm feeling better... but the healing is going to be a long old haul, I suspect. At any rate, I'm back to listening to Jewish music, which is definitely a good sign. For a while there, I was listening to bluegrass. ^_^ I do love bluegrass, but it was more of a distancing thing than anything else, so I'm glad to be able to take a step back towards yidishkayt. It's still hard, though, and that's what scares me. I don't want to end up like Danny ... from The Believer. Creepiest movie ever, that. But anyway. Shabbat shalom, everybody..
