It's weird. I used to walk past those places every single day. I'm not scared, just kind of empty and numb. It just seems so pointless. So random, so alienating. I spent the whole morning trying to contact old friends and family. The frustration and confusion felt worse than the pain. It's just all so.. stupid. That's all. Horrible and stupid.
