I know it's late notice, but I just wanted to let everyone know that the Distorted Personality Project will be appearing tonight at The Cross in Kingswinford. I would have mentioned it sooner but I had to be absolutely certain that it was happening before I mentioned it. I hope that some of you that read this might be able to make it along. It's more of a live rehearsal tonight, I've never touched some of these songs live before and so it will be very interesting. I don't tend to practice much either so it'll be a bit of a strange adventure into the unknown. Having just written the setlist it's got about eight songs on it, but I wouldn't be surprised if this was cut short by a couple or even lengthened by a couple!
This DEFINATELY is the final live appearance of 2004, and probably the final one for quite some time as schedules will mean that I won't be available for a couple of weeks at least. I was hoping to have began to form my new band by now, but I don't think the keyboard player is coming on board and so I may put it together differently, maybe take the keys myself. I don't know for sure what 2005 is bringing musically, but if it's anything like the year has ended then I'll be well happy!
Hope to see some of you tonight at The Cross on the A491 in Kingswinford. I don't know how many people are coming, if any, and I can't guarantee the length of the set or when we'll be on...but what I can guarantee is a good night out, lol. Pleanty of entertainment!
