Today I feel incredibly sore from all the walking and stuff we did over the course of the weekend. I have to say that it was a lovely weekend other than the weather let us down a bit. Friday on the way there it rained a lot, Saturday was gorgeous, Sunday was showery in the morning and didn't improve that much until Sunday night and yesterday was just a washout. In fact, I think it's a thing about last days of holidays, they always seem to be wet or something. On Friday we took a long walk round Torquay, Saturday we went shopping and on Saturday night we went on a boat trip to Brixham and saw the most amazing firework display I've ever seen. Sunday we went to Paignton and got soaked before returning after tea to actually enjoy Paignton, lol. Yesterday in the rain we went to Thatchers Rock, then to the Cider Centre and Buckfast Abbey. We did go to Weston on the way home and it rained hard so we had a very washed out time there. It didn't stop raining until we got just beyond Worcester! The travel has been interesting, loads of traffic and stuff at times-6 miles in an hour in Bristol on Friday! I never had an ice cream, doughnuts or cake at the seaside which is a disgrace, although I wanted cake but they didn't have anything in I wanted. That said they did have some on Friday night but I wasn't hungry. We went in a really strange cafe on Sunday night, everything about it was bizarre. I thought it was creepy but Erica says it's just me being silly! Whilst we were there a 15 (or was it 13?) year old boy got really badly beaten up by one of the beaches and I believe he is in a critical condition. That's my holiday, and yes, it was fun. The hotel was great and the company was great, I wish we had had one more night though, it would have been great.

Today I'm resting, plus I'll clear some of the crap out of my car I think. I need to chill today, the rest of the week I'm going to keep busy for though-plus I'm going to get my hair cut on Thursday :-) I've also got to mail this chap Rich has located...
