Graduate Sailor Yosenex
I meant to write an entry about my excitement and anxiety of going to school, but I already went to my first class and it was cool. My professor is this funny African dude who seems to be a litte laid back. He let us go an hour early to go get books and stuff. His books only set me back $80 which is fine. I picked up my ID as well so its official I am a Student at Queens College Graduate of Library and Information Science Program. I have been a good boy and doing all my readings and still have time for gaming.
Speaking of gaming, I recently finished Strong Bad's Cool Game for Attractive People Episode 1, which was cool. I can't wait till the next episode. Playing that game made me look at a lot of the Strong Bad emails as well as play and finish Peasant's Quest. I missed out on a lot of point and click adventures since I didn't have a pc growing up but I still love em.
I bought my first PS3 game ever... Disgaea 3. I really enjoy it so far, but am annoyed at the reality that it is simply a PS2 game on a blue ray. They could have easily put it on the PS2 and sold it for $39.99. Bitches!
Downloaded Y's I and II for the virtual console and it's fun. I play Y's 1 about 20 years ago on the Sega Master System but never played II. Nice of them to release em together.
So yeah, I am still a heavy gamer but I intend on getting all A's this semester! Looking back at my undergrad years anytime I tried to deny myself of gaming time, I did terribly. So I just gotta balance the two.
Ok back to work which has also been hectic lately.
Yosenex received Queens College Student ID. Now Yosenex can enter many other buildings and use some of the facilities at Queens College.
