OH YOU DODGY SHONKY WANKERS. D:< Turns out there's a difference when it comes to SD cards. I thought I'd get myself one of those nice big ones so I could cram more Rock Band related DLC into my otherwise flimsy little Wii. Got a scare after I bought it after my mate informed me that there's SD and SDHC cards, the latter being the ones with higher capacity and that the Wii didn't support them. Well, get home and find that the console, thanks to a firmware update now does do bigger memory cards. "HURRAY WE'RE SAVED" I thought, putting card to game for the first time. Buuuut as it turns out, Rock Band 2, being released before the advent of SDHC, does not support the card. The one game that I had intended to use it for, and it says no. I blew $130 for nothing. AH TITS.
Still, I do hear that RB3 is supposed to be coming out at the end of this year, and so long as that game is fully backwards compatible, all can still be forgiven. But if it isn't, there will be more emo ranting, yes. >:| d
Oh, and on a completely different note, you guys will be happy to hear that I have received my summons from the post office, and so I shall be dropping by over there tomorrow. Probably before work, since they close at 5:30. Which means getting getting up early. ...I foresee tomorrow being a tough day. :B
