Rather than putting the most qualified people to work fixing our nations infrastructure (aka "professionals"), Robert Reich, Obama's Economic Advisor is now suggesting we use affirmative action to stick in far less qualified (because if they were qualified, they would not need affirmative action to get them the jobs). What we need now is leadership, not tried and failed BS.

I have nothing against white male construction workers, I'm just saying there are others who have needs as well and therefore in my remarks I suggested to you [..] ways in which the money can be... criteria can be set so that the money does goto others - the long term unemployed, minorities, women, people who are not necessarily construction workers or high skilled professionals."
