After Christmas and soon back to Japan!
I have not written here in a long time!
So much has been going on recently from moving around the world to hearing about many of my friends making people.
My year in review:
I began the year still living in Japan in the Nagoya area. I rang in the New Year in Tokyo and headed to Tokyo Disneyland at 2a.m. (It was open 24 hours for the new year).
I am currently living in Stuttgart Germany teaching for Berlitz English. I came here in May on this year, 2008.
In this time I have visited: Greece, France and Spain. On Wednesday I will go to London to spend the new year with some friends who I worked with in Japan. Then on the 19th I will go to Paris for four days!
Southern Germany was certainly not the best place I could have lived. The people here are rather cold, but I got to see a lot of things around Europe, so I am thankful for that!
I will be leaving Europe around January 24th to head back to the states for about two weeks before returning to Japan. This time to Kobe, a port city, which is about 30 minutes from Osaka!
I've been studying Japanese with a private teacher here in Germany twice a week, so I think I have come a long way with that!
I had an excellent Christmas. I spent the day with Leo, my sister, my brother-in-law, and my nephew. I got 4 games for my Wii (which I bought in Sept from Ebay and is at my mom's house so I have not plaed it yet), WALLE DVD, Animaniacs, Spaceballs, anf Family Guy! So I super cashed in!
I will also be an uncle again two times over. My sister is having twins! The doctor thinks it is two boys but it is too soon to know 100%.
