Ok how does this scene sound...... Remember pirate setting, totally different from my other novel, names not yet fixed, true names added now for simplicities sake but likely will be changed to be more Piraty like all my other stories.
Ok Scene I dreamed up and wrote down cause it was freaken cool.
Set in a castle like ruin two crews bargaining for treasure Eunice villainous Pirate Queen vying for a map key or treasure, dont know which yet, Captain Alexonder on the Other trying to bargain for the life of ship mate and friend Jenna.
Breaks down to Eunice, Hektor, Jesse, Benn(sorry Benn your not really bad), Jonathon, Josh VS. Xander, Ryan, Grant, Nox, Sam, Alishia.
Armaments (This scene only)
Xander Basket hilted broadsword Dragoon Pistol
Grant Rapier twin Black Watch Pistols
Ryan Cutlass
Nox Grenades (yes they did exist)
Sam Carbine(a short musket) and Falchion (Hybrid Scimitar)
Alishia Rapier and dagger and Pocket Pistol
Jenna None, shes a prisoner
Eunice Rapier and Dagger, Murdoch Pistol
Hektor Hanger(its a sword not a clothes hanger) and dragoon pistoll two barrels.
Benn Scimitar, Chakram, and Queen Anne Pistol
Jesse Cutlass, Black Watch Pistol
Jonathon Black Watch Pistol and Cutlass
Josh Cutlass and Pocket Pistol
Ok Basically deal goes bad and turns into a cray ass mexican standoff cross between Pirates 2 and Reservoir Dogs. Eunice centered with Hektor to immediate left and Jesse to far left. Benn to immediate right and Jonathon to far right. Opposite Xander centered with Alicia to immediate left then Ryan and Nox on far left. Alicia is holding a torch in her left hand. Ryan has no firearm but has a bottle of rum in his left hand. Grant is to immediate right and Sam to far right. (Confused yet?)
Captain (Xander) overturns the table and draws his pistol on the Pirate Queen Eunice. Hektor and Benn draw their own pistols and aim for the Captain. Hektor fires both barrels but luckily in the course of flipping the table Captain Alexonder also knocked over his own chair and the shots shatter a priceless antique vase behind him.
Alishia draws on Benn. Jonathon draws on Alisha. Sam draws on Jonathon. Jesse draws on Sam. Grant draws both his pistols aiming one at JEsse and the other at Ketor. Nox has grenades but is frozen for the moment. Everyone pauses realizing they are in a stale mate. The Captains continue to haggle and bluff. Finally Eunice calls Josh into the room holding a dragoon pistol to Jennas head.
Xander reacts by dropping to a knee and firing at Josh catching him in the breast and sending him crashing down the steps. Benn fires and misses his shot knocking the Captains hat off of his head. Jesse shoots at Sam as she fires at Jonaton. The ball (not bullet their called balls) catches her in the shoulder sending her own shot awry. Alisha swings left and fires at Jonathon as he fires at her, both miss and Alishias shot ricoches into a golden cauldron. Grant fires both guns, the one facing Hektor misfires but Jesse goes down clutchign his chest.
Ryan takes a swig of his rum and grabs for Alishas torch creating a rum torch that singes Benn and sets the table ablaze as well as Eunices skirts. Swords are dramatically drawn. Alishia leaps over the table to engage the pirate queen, Nox runs for the map burning on the table, Hektor lunges for Grant, Xander tangles with Benn, Ryan dives at Jonathon, Sam draws her sword with her off arm and confronts the wounded Jesse.
Much fantastic swashbuckling for no apparent purpose over convieniently dramatic scenery. Hektor and Grant battle their way up the tower. Akisha and Eunice duel on a mountain of gold coins. Ryan and Jonathon manage to set fire to a mostly stone structure, Nox humorously defeats a handful of random guards and saves the map and Jenna at the same time, Xander and Benn fight atop the castles battlements. A thigh shot Jesse pursues Samantha into the ancient dungeons.
After a seeming defeat and almost inescapable death following the loss of her sword Sam manages to slay her foe with a concealed bodice dagger. Although both are evenly matched Alisha wins the contest and grants mercy. Jenna and Nox arrive just in time the see the Pirate Queen cheat and pull her pistol. Alisha is shot in the left flank and Eunice escapes when a blazing timber from the now burning roof cuts Nox off from the pursuit. At the same time Sam emmerges in the treasure chamber and together the three of them get a severely wounded Alishia to the row boats.
Meanwhile Grant and Hektor have reached the summit of the Tower and engage in a fierce struggle. Not far away Xander and Benn are engaged in a dangerous game of balance on the battlements. Deep in the dungeons below the burning castle Jonathon meets a fierey end to Ryan who barely escapes the fire. Benn disarms Xander and whos sword falls far beyond his reach. Cannon fire strikes the battlements and Xander falls from the castle, blasted off by his own ships guns. Catching a glimpse of his Queen fleeing Benn decides to follow his queen rather than pursue the chase as Captain Xander is likely dead. (as if I would kill myself in my own book)
Grant and Hektor are still battling when the ship opens fire. They are evenly matched and there is no indication as to who will emerge the victor but Hektor flees at the sight and sound of the enemy ship. Upon making his own escape Grant stumbles across an unconscious Captain Xander and Rendezvouss with Ryan as he emerges from the chaos of the buring building carrying the captains cherished hat. Together they make it to the second boat.
Both row boats reach the ship and crew safely and evade the enemy flag ship.
So I have no idea where this dream came from, but how could I not write about it? Hell I dont really even know what they were fighting about save for Jenna. Clearly the product of someone who went to bed with Pirates and Disneyland on the brain. Now I want to know what happens next. I didnt dream it though so Ill just have to make it up the traditional way. Oh well there is just one small flaw which is that Alicia is the ship surgeon and she herself is the most badly wounded.......I, sure I will find a different solution.
Some of the Concept art is actually done and it looks cooler than the concept art on my other story. Well give me feedback. If your evil sorry mate that;s the way I dreamed it. IF you died, well I still sorry but just think of how dramatic your character must be in the previous scenes to merit such an awesome final battle sequence.
