Finally going to Japan !!!Tokyo, here I come !!!

Sugoiiiiiii, the airport at Amsterdam Shipol is sooooooooooo huge!!Lounges, all kinds of shops, restaurants, etc everywhere

Waiting more than 4 hours at the airport is really tiring and all that time to think about this and that…pain in the arse…but at least we boarded really on time…however, in the boarding room, there were soooooooo many Japanese people, and foreigners too…even a class of high school or college students..and that girl in front of me and another young guy with teary eyes…that was hard…but then again, Japanese people around ^-^…

Well, the plane didn’t look like on the site, but whatever..not that much space and here again: being small is an advantage ^-^ on the other hand, I had trouble putting my luggage in the case because I was some cm short and not that much space…but then again, through this I met this super nice japanese college student sitting in the same row 23 who helped me and the others too…so kind…on the “piste de décollage” (takeoff track) there were 2 bunnies, so cute.. and the plane equipment, amazing: pillow, blanket, earphones, tv-screen, tons of food and drinks…

But before checking the tv program, I read my “book”, the messages my cousins, family and friends wrote me before my departure…such a good laugh, but have to admit that some of them made me sad and even cry…mom’s f.i…

Then I watched Sherlock Holmes, wanted to watch it for long time…so funny…and started valentine’s day but couldn’t finish it..not that good either way…the Japanese woman next to me was learning sth with a book, think it was diving…I played with the program to learn Japanese, but not really useful, to easy…watched an ep of glee (really good) and Samantha who (was ok)..

At Narita I had trouble because no one told me I had to bring my COE and 1 copy wouldn’t be enough…pff…but then I still met the Japanese guy from my plane (again)…(actually my first real Japanese “friend”)…we were kind of the last ones to get our luggage…so weird, I’m always one of the last ones, tsss…but at least I had someone to talk to and we even exchanged our mails…really a nice Japanese who speaks so good English (because he lived in the UK, was coming back from his 3 week trip in the UK and would graduate this March)…yep, a lot of time to talk…he even told me he is from Kamakura, which I had read in the plane, the map..

Then I finally met Maki, the girl who came to pick me up at Narita…just as I expected ^-^ so nice and cute!!But she spoke so good English too, she had studied in Boston for 1 year and is graduating this March too (psychology)…while we were waiting for another girl (didn’t know about that, a girl in the same airplane as me who would stay in the same dorm..wauh)…I tried to call my worried Mom but it didn’t work…so I met Kate from Ireland (yeah, my first Irish friend!!), she speaks French, grew up in Spain and already studied Japanese…we were both sooo tired…

With Maki we took the train to the dorm, so complicated and so expensive!OMG!! Then, at the dorm, the manager (or as I call him, tenant ^-^ yep, because of the doramas I watched) showed us around with Maki as a translator…he didn’t tell us his name though…we got an electric card to get in, the key of our room (231 btw, even if on the paper they had written 203, ma~ma, even better since it’s just in front of the staircases XD)…and we discovered the board in the hall where we have to “show” if we are in, out, sleep over at someone’s house or got a package…

Then we explored our rooms and tried the Internet (Kate’s, since we left the luggage at the airport and my cable was inside)…since we couldn’t shower or unpack, we went around and checked the surroundings: we found the Raifu shop, the hyaku en (100yen) shop, etc…then we looked around to see where we could have dinner and finally ended up in the dorm’s canteen XD…there we met the first dorm girls ^-^ Yuki and Marié…so nice…yokatta…then we met Shiori (a super hyper, funny girl who told us immediately when her b-day is so that we can give her presents XD) and her friends Saki (studying beauty) and Reika...finally we also spoke to Elise from Germany we had seen on the way home back from the shop…we sat there talking for a while…

We went to bed around 8 since we were so tired from the flight..we tried to do our bed (futon up, down?and the blanket?and why is there a hole?!he?)…
