It's been awhile...
Well, I knew I wouldn't be too good at updating this thing on a regular basis. Let's see, my last update was before Christmas and it is now March... That's not too bad, is it?
So, where to begin... I guess since most of my other entries were about my house horrors I'll start there. I am happy to say that Adam is not longer my landlord and I am no longer living with pot smokers (at least I don't think I am... I'm not too sure about Mel). So originally I was supposed to be living in a house on Hickory with Mel, Nicole, Patricia and Andrew. But Adam, being the awesome guy he is informed us about two weeks before we were supposed to move in that we couldn't all live in that house, because he still didn't have the licence. So we scrambled around in those two weeks and managed to find another place. It's in the Village on the Green complex, near University and Weber. It's pretty far from campus, but the house is really nice, and we don't have to deal with Adam. Of course, it seems I just have bad luck with landlords, because this landlord is not great either, he's not stupid like Adam, he just seems a bit lazy. Andrew hasn't even signed the lease yet or paid his rent, but the landlord doesn't seem to be in a rush to come here and get money and get the lease signed. But I can't complain, because he is 10 times better than Adam. So I love this house, and I love my housemates, so basically I'll have nothing to write about on here cuz I can't complain about my housemates, lol.
In other news, I quit my job at Sobeys. One, because it was so far away now that I've moved. And two, they were making me work alot, like almost every day, which didn't leave alot of time for school work, or going home on weekends.
Now I have to start looking for a place to live in September, I think I'll look for an 8 month lease so I won't have to worry about moving between terms. I should get on that soon probably.
Hmmm... what else? well, I just got back from a hockey game, it was a pretty decent game but we lost 6 - 4. It was 5 - 4 with about 4 minutes left, but then we got a penalty for high sticking. The penalty was almost done, and I was getting ready to leave the net so that we could put an extra player on. But then they got the puck into our end, they got a shot, I hit it twice with my glove hand but couldn't get a hold of it, and when it hit the ice it slid into the net, so that kind of sucked, I definitely should have saved that. But oh well.
Well, I think that's good enough for now. Once again I'm gonna try to update more often, but we'll see how that goes.
