Realllly effing bizarre

Right so I posted a lot of books on TUSBE.com in September.

Out of nowhere yesterday I got email requests for 4 of them. However, the message asks me about shipping prices to the UK. Huh? I email the guy back to ask WTF he means, politely, of course. And he proceeds to tell me that he's in the UK and he'll pay for the shipping and he'll even arrange a service called "Item Store" (not UPS or DHL or any other safe sounding acronym) to come to my house. And the person will bring me a cashier cheque or money order as payment. Random. He types in broken English and calls himself "Williams." but the emails come from "Tony".

So, completely sketched out, I tell him (again politely, as not to anger the creeper) that I'd prefer to sell the books locally and for cash but thanks for his interest. Well, then in the middle of the damn night (a.k.a. an hour and a half ago, and it woke me up because my blackberry started going mental with all the emails waiting) I get request after request after request from the same dude for every single book I have listed. Who on earth needs Engaging Minds 2nd edition except for an Ed. student?? It's not like these are regular novels people would read for interest.

Totally effing random. And creepy. Beware.
