Holy freaking hell. spidergirllives is run by some players from that game - and currently being run into the goddamn ground so hard I'm apping my character at C&C next chance I get.

I'm sure not all Marvel NextGen are that crazy, but the fucking crazy ones are in my game. D:

Yeah. I'm not sure about the NextGen game that they're talking about, either. Never was an interest of mine, honestly. But...yeah, somehow this doesn't surprise me.

And I'm so glad I never had any great desire to join that game at all.

It's hard not to get the impression that marvel_mansion/marvel_nextgen players don't like others getting into their sandbox, but I can't really tell if that's because of a handful of them or a comm-wide attitude. :\

It's highly discouraging. I'm just so used to the Nexus' openness.

Well, there's been a pretty big upheaval in the people in charge at marvel_mansion. I never played at NextGen, but I imagine there's been a pretty big upheaval there as well. They're pretty much always open to new people applying. And open to OCs. I really do think it was only a handful of them, and most of them have gone.
