Title: Homework
Author: jl2668
Pairing: Yoosu
Genre: Fluff.
Rating: PG
Changmin Shim rang the doorbell of apartment 1204 and waited for the door to open. Junsu Kim and Yoochun Park were two friends who had both moved from Korea to the States. Though both extremely intelligent, their grasp of the English language was far from perfect. And so, the desperate parents of the boys had enlisted Changmin’s help in tutoring them.
Changmin was a year older than the two, a senior in high school who was all set to go off to one of the best colleges in the country. Thus, he became the primary candidate as the boys’ tutor. That, and also because his parents were friends with their parents. And as he waited, he couldn’t help but think that neither boy could live without the other. His assumption was based on everything that he had seen so far between the two boys since meeting them. They were quite useless without each other. And so, he worried; for this past week, Junsu had gone on a trip with his family, leaving Yoochun by himself and had only just returned today. He hoped and prayed and wished for the two boys he tutored to have done their homework.
Startled by a slight tap on his shoulder, Changmin reverted back to the present. He had been so caught up in his thinking that he failed to notice that Mrs. Kim had already opened the door. Bowing his head in apology, he entered the apartment and made his way towards the room where high speed animated talking could be heard through the closed door.
=======================
(Two hours and a tired Changmin later…)
Changmin had never known such a tiring tutoring session in his life. It had been a near impossible task to get Junsu to slow down his talking. Changmin had entered the room to see Junsu standing on the bed over a laughing Yoochun, who looked positively enchanted by his friend, in the middle of reenacting something that had happened on his trip.
It had taken approximately thirty minutes to calm Junsu down and then another thirty minutes to get the two to hand in their homework. Changmin had been pleasantly surprised that both had fully completed their assignment that he gave them another thirty minutes to catch up with each other, provided that they speak in English. And so began the last hour of their tutoring session in which Junsu couldn’t speak fast enough to get all his thoughts out to Yoochun, Yoochun just basked in the attention that Junsu was giving him, and Changmin interjected every other sentence to correct an incorrect use of grammar. In the end, the thirty minutes had extended to sixty and Changmin was physically drained. Junsu and Yoochun had run out the minute their session was over to go watch a movie together.
Walking into his bedroom, he pulled out two sheets of paper, each marked with the distinct handwriting of their respective owners. Though tired, Changmin figured he would at least correct their homework before calling it a night. The assignment had been to write sentences using words that he had given them prior to today’s tutoring session. Sitting on his bed, Changmin leaned against the headrest of his bed and started to read. Precisely ten minutes later, Changmin leaned his head back and laughed.
He knew it. He had guessed it from the beginning. The two were obsessed and head over heals with each other. They just kept it to themselves. Changmin was pretty sure neither knew the other’s true feelings. To think that everything would be revealed like this was amusing. Now what to do about this was the question. Changmin grinned as a plan formulated in his head. He couldn’t help but think, “This is gonna be fun.” Standing up, Changmin walked out his door trying to figure out where exactly Junsu and Yoochun had said they were going to watch the movie. On his bed lay two sheets of paper:
