Therefore, she decided to try something new.
This i believe is pretty much the first time i've posted a piece of my own personal sketchbook, which so greatly helps me to relieve stress and test out my strengths!
This is also a first for me. Painting to this style that is. I don't do skin tones, i don't do figure painting, so yep - pretty much new grounds. It was probably set off due to being jealous of someone in my college course who is scarily amazing at painting portraiture. Skin tones an the lot.
For some reason i chose Nino as my tester subject which is strange for me because i usually avoid famous people i like - if the piece takes a turn for the worst i suddenly feel very guilty towards the subject. I'm silly like that.
Anyway, enough rambling here he is;
There is definately room for improvement, ne? But i'm up for the challenge!
I would really appreciate feedback if anyone comes across this post!
I might just start posting up more of my 'artwork'.
