"Well, I'm back," Sam said....
Ring*Con Status:
*sigh* Oooooooh~ my~ there's far too much to tell. This weekend is beyond the imagination of any of you (except those who were there), so no use in trying to capture even the slightest bit of it. Because _every_ bit's worth telling and because there's just no way to do that, well, it's all or none, you see.
I haven't even made a new wallpaper for me yet. I'm still collecting loads and tons of pictures.
Maybe there'll be a picspam of some kind. Some time.
I will never forget these 3-and-a-half days of pure..... bliss, really. And I hope I will never forget all those little details, quotes, songs, faces, pictures and beloved people.
Lilac wine is sweet and heady. Like my love.
No Kidding:
I slept about...... 2 hours in a timespan from friday, 5 a.m. to monday/tuesday, midnight. I guess I must have come out on the other side of tiredness by saturday night already.
No Klatchian Coffee was involved, though a great amount of other coffees and.... drinks. And a nice really hot bath.
BTW 1:
Before the Ring*Con I was asked to how many of the so-called "parties", i.e. groups, I belonged. Looking back now, it were 8 (Grüne Hölle, People of Gondor, Travareros, Elven Choir, Pirates, animexxler, Lost Ones, hdr-movie). Could have been 9 but the Council of Elronds sadly had to be cancelled.

BTW 2:
I love the Con Lingo! After no sleep and talking and singing (!!!) in a sweet mixture of (mostly) english, german and god-knows-what for a whole weekend I had real difficulties adapting back to "just german" when I went to the train station on monday noon.

I've already started working on my costume for next year. ^^V
I'm going to be Susan Sto Helit for a day and the rest of the time "Tim or Börnie, the Balrog".
