My Week.
So I started work today! Well, technically, they were short handed so they had me come in and put DVDs back on the shelves because I don't have any training.
But that's around $25 I just made! Woo hoo!
So Wednesday morning, around 4 am, I got a call from my dad saying that he was at the hospital and he thought he had a heart attack. Eek!
I rode my bike over to St. Mary's and he turned out to be "fine". No heart attack at least, but he does have to go up to Spokane sometime this week to get a valve in his heart replaced from his bypass 10 years ago. Apparently bypasses wear out. Huh.
He hasn't been feeling too good the last two days and he's gonna go into the doctor tomorrow if he doesn't feel better in the morning... But I'm very worried.
I'm also worried about how he's gonna be after surgery, like it's a day operation... But I dunno if he'll be able to work and what not for this week. Hopefully I can work a lot to compensate for that.
My brother, Brandon, is moving to Portland in March and it makes me so sad! ;_; but I can see him when I go to Kumoricon and what not and possibly spend a few days down there to visit the kids and them.
I dyed my hair again... I had to for work. The color I chose is called "coffee" and is a really pretty brown / red. I'm pleased with the way it turned out. I wasn't able to bleach out the black 'cause I had to go into work, but the color is dark enough that you can't really tell the difference. If my manager bitches, I'll just say it's a shadowbox.
I've been sick for the last week. ;_; I finally decided that I had strep throat, which is really not that bad. Take some pain relievers for the throat pain, and you're good to go! Haha.
Well I think I'm gonna go to sleep. I'm tired for some reason.
