Ok all- please help me with my baking question.
I wanted to make a double batch of brownies- regular chocolate brownies with a layer of blonde brownies on top of them. They are both supposed to bake in a 9x13 pan at 350 for about 30 minutes.
I'd still like to bake it in a 9x13 pan. Since I'm doubling the volume in the pan how do I adjust my baking temperature & time?
I'm guessing a slightly lower temperature for longer, but how much lower, how much longer? Or am I totally wrong here?
Any tips, advice, suggestions would be VERY welcome! Thanks!
