ICE at The Gaylord Palms
Yesterday was an amazing day! Jim, David & myself all got the chance to see "ICE!, a walk-through Christmas attraction hand-carved from nearly TWO MILLION pounds of ice." as the website put it. It was a spectacular sight and was an outstanding 9 degrees inside there the whole time we walked around! It totally gave us the feeling of Christmas!
Once we finished the exhibit, we went to go claim our free hot chocolate which was amazing! We also watched a show they had called "Luminescence" which was fantastic, it was music, aerial choreography, lighting & special effects! It was superb. Then in between while waiting for the next show we walked around and found a Häagen-Dazs® store where I got a small cup of their Strawberry Cheesecake ice cream which was out of this world!
Then we saw the last show which featured the same 4 singers called "The Wonderland Singers" which only lasted 15 minutes and it seemed like there was less energy so we decided to leave on that part. Afterwords we stopped by Publix, bought groceries, came home & ate while watching this new mini series called "The Sing-Off" which is an A cappella singing competition.
I really enjoyed that, then we watched "So You Think You Can Dance" followed by Paranormal State. It was an amazing day all in all!
