So I am officially no longer a teenager. And somehow, it seems like my life is almost laid out in front of me. I've found the person I want to be with, what I want to do. But somehow, I still don't really feel like an adult. I was thinking about what advice I had for everyone graduating from Lakewood tomorrow. And what I came up with is this: don't grow up too fast. There are so many things to miss if you don't take the time to have a little fun. Don't forget about frisbee, or skinny dipping, or all those "immature" things. It's not worth growing up before you have to. College is the only time in your life that you're expected to stay out all night, all weekend, and hang out with your friends all the time. Before the real bills and stresses of life kick in.

Maybe I've grown up a bit fast. Maybe I decided what to do with my life too quickly. Of course, there is always the chance to write novels or paint on sabbatical. Who knows? That's what the future is for. Confusing everyone.
