So I went to see Terminator 4. It was good! The part where John Connor sees the T-800 (the same model he reprogrammed and sent back in time to protect himself as a child) was really fucking sad, and he was kinda emotional because he basically had to kill a terminator model that looked like his dad. Guh. Poor guy.
It was fucking great, though. Markus was fantastic.
Funny Anecdote: we originally went into the theatre and sat down. Previews finish, movies start. Apparently the film's title is not Terminator Salvation but Angels & Demons. We realised we were in the wrong theatre and got up and shuffled off. On my way out I said loudly "This is the worst Terminator film I've ever seen." and "Where's the killer robots?!"
Then we went into the right theatre and sat down.
Whoops, wrong theatre again. This time we were treated to the opening credits of Star Trek. This time my friend complained about how this looked like Star Trek, not Terminator, and that we were going to get our money back.
Finally we get into the right theatre and sat down to enjoy it. Someone in the front row was smoking a joint. It was super.
Here is my review of Terminator Salvation:
