HIMYM Meme - Day 10 + International Suit-Up Day 2010
So... I missed a day again... >.< I've decided to lump the next two (Days 11 and 12) together, so I'll kinda catch up.. haha, in the meantime, I have THIS to answer:
Day 10 - Favourite main cast character.
Is there even suspense in this one? Everyone who even half knows me would know who I'd pick!
The winner:
Here are twenty reasons why: (I could probably name 100+, but then you'd fall asleep reading them... if you haven't yet...)
1. As per the above video... he's AWESOME!
2. He has blonde hair... and we all know that blondes have more fun! XD (see below for example)
3. He rich... not just rich... almost filthy rich! And better still, he spends it all on cool stuff like life-sized stormtroopers and 300" TVs!
4. AND because he is so rich... he shops at Sky Mall when he gets stressed!
5. He likes to befriend his Taxi drivers so that they'll do what he tells them to when he's attempting to kidnap his friends (well... Ted), and force them to do crazy things with him!
6. He's confident in his body and believes the awesomeness that is the Barnana needs to be captured as an art form!
7. I like a man who cares enough to get Manicures and Pedicures.
8. Despite the tough exterior, we all know he never really stopped being that innocent little hippie that he was... and the glimpses he allows to peek out are so so adorable....
9. He looks extremely huggable... seriously... I have never feel the intrepid NEED to hug someone through an LCD screen sooooo much before!
10. He has an AWESOME brother! XD
11. Daddy issues... hot! (not to mention Mommy issues, abandonment issues, and issues in general..)
12. Speaking of which, he believed Bob Barker was his Daddy... for many years... and when he finally realised he wasn't, he kept pretending because it made him feel special :(
13. Because he loves Tacos!
14. He ran a marathon without any training... because he said he would! "Step 1, you run... there is no step 2..." (Secretly, I like to fanwank that his talent for running comes from the large amount of practice he got as a kid having to run away from bullies)
16. He made suits cool! SUIT UP!
17. He went and got ordained just so he could officiate at his friends' wedding, even though he is mighty against marriage... AND he ended up crying at the event...
18. He is cute! And if y'all don't believe me... idioticonion has proof: Part 1, Part 2, Part 3.
19. Because "Magic's not lame... IS THIS LAME?! *fireball*"
20. And while we're on the line of talents... boy can the boy sing! ^^ King of Karaoke!
and just one more for extra measure.... HE SMELLS INCREDIBLE! XD
Okay, onto life and stuff... it's International Suit-Up day today! And I was pondering whether I was going to suit up and all... but then I realised to my dismay, that it has been a whole year almost, since the last time I suited up (for work purposes), and I actually had no shoes to match my suit! T_T
(okay, there was also the fact that unlike Barney, I'm no millionaire, and the only suit I own costed me $30 at Target, and Barney wouldn't touch it with a 100 foot pole...)
Anyway, all that aside, I decided that just because I couldn't join in the fun, doesn't mean that Tamaki couldn't! So with the help of some spare black cloth from my "dark!Angel" costume I made back in 2008, and some creative use of double sided sticky tape, he SUITED UP! :D
Excitingly, we shared Tamaki's new look with our lovely HIMYM Producers on Twitter and got a re-tweet! ^^
Now Tamaki refuses to take off his suit... >.<
