I am sitting in a darkened office watching lightning explode across the sky and I'm realizing there are things about Florida that I am going to miss. Where else am I going to see such amazing thunderstorms or hurricanes or bright and sunny downpours?
And this secretary job isn't so bad. I share a huge, windowed office with three other people, none of which are here today. I don't have any work as long as none of the conference attendees don't e-mail me back about their flight preferences, so I'm sitting on the internet listening to music, which is probably what I would be doing at home.
It's really pouring outside. I fall in love with the weather too easily.
