in the back garden today, life is good, I'm working the night-shift tonight but not thinking about that at the moment:)

my lunch egg fried rice with onion and cabbage, seasoned with pepper. (without soy sauce you can really tast the food:)

my evening meal will be a Sandine sandwich - very very easy, all I do is drain and rinse the sardines, and place them cold with a sliced tomato between 2 slices of toasted wholemeal bread, there is no need for any spread as there is plenty of oil in the fish.
2 slices of bread
cal 184, carbs 34g.  fat 4g  protein 6g.
Sardines 1 can (3.75oz
cal 191, carbs 0  fat11g.  protein 23g.
tomato (medium about 2 inches dia)
cal 26, carbs 6g.  fat 0  protein 1g.
