Thoughts about Madness

the headquarters of the mind is in the brain, and it is well known that certain oils (omega 3 and 6) are beneficial to the brain so it makes sense to say that a complete absence of them would be detrimental to the mind. “We are what we eat” as the saying goes.

We can drive ourselves crazy with our thoughts, and the thoughts come from what we focus on. I drove myself crazy for many years by wishing the world was different to what it is, “do not hope for that which cannot be: ignore this = soul-light in blanket of darkness.”

It has been said by various people including Susan Jeffers the author of “Feel The Fear And Do It Anyway” that people in school are told WHAT to think, but not told is HOW to think. A positive outlook is so very important.

The young Muslem man who was going to plant his bomb in a restaurant the other day has a history of mental problems, he has been described by people who know him as a gentle giant and a loner, I feel sorry for him. A persons sanity or lack of it, is I believe largely inherited.
He is now out of hospital and in the hands of the police. His bomb (it seems) went off early while he was in the mens room. He came out with cuts to his face, the bomb contained nails. Thank goodness no one else was hurt.
