Goals for this week

Goals:

-Exercise 5 times this week for 1 - 1 1/2 hours
  • Monday: Tae bo (45 min) yoga (15 min)
  • Tuesday: Denise Austin (45 min) yoga (15 min) walking (30 min)
  • Wednesday: Pilates (50 min) 1 Denise Austin (20 min)
  • Thursday: Tae bo (45 min) yoga (15 min)
  • Friday: Denise Austin (45 min) yoga (15 min) walking (30 min)
  • I might play some tennis too. So that will definitely help.

-Drink 64 ounces of water everyday

-Stay within points, and only use 10 flex points

-Go to bed at 10

I have to start getting in a routine for school, so I will be getting up really early in order to work out, and going to bed early to establish a routine.
