Today
What a good but busy day!
I got up at a decent time today and headed into Wauwatosa, where I visited with my Opa for a bit. Then I went to the Milwaukee Zoo, which is one of my favorite places. Here are a few pictures to share -- it was a beautiful day, the animals were out & active!
After lunch, Erin & I met up for a visit -- we went to Penzey's, took flowers over to my Oma's gravesite at WI Memorial Park, then went for coffee and just caught up. We met up with my mom at Senor Tomas in Hartland for dinner, and I am now full of enchiladas poblanos and happily tired. Here are the happy three of us at the end of the night!
Tomorrow AM I leave for Aphasia Camp in New Auburn, with visiting to be done in Eau Claire. No internet access until Saturday night, so more entries to be had after a bit. That's all for tonight, there's a Leinie's Oktoberfest in the fridge with my name on it!
