Hello I just joined this community. I've been doing Hot Yoga since May and I fell in love with it. I was going 3-4 days a week and I found though that my knees really started to hurt. My instructors helped me modify my practice and use a towel to protect them a bit more. I admit i'm a little type A at times when it comes to my mind body work and I've really had to work on accepting where I am in the moment and listening to my body. I ended up taking a break and reducing my practice down to 1 to 2 days a week, but part of that is about the fear of over doing it again.
How many days a week do people recommend for a level 1?
