Down with stems! Down with stems! They only obfuscate the notes on the page! They were only necessary 300 years ago when writing utensils consisted of slopping ink on a page. With new printing technologies, we can put a lot more information in a lot denser forms. It is like reading War and Peace in Cuneiform. Instead of putting a vague descriptor at the top of the page, you could actually write in your intention. Why are we attached to this old system that requires you read long passages and allow for misinterpretations? AHHHHHHH

For starters, let's get rid of the staff. This is totally unnecessary now-a-days because we can easily align it in a list of distinct symbols. Since there are only 12 tones, we can easily learn a short set of unique markers. Easily, the hawaiian alphabet would be the best choice since it lends itself to be used for mnemonic memory, which is vastly superior to the digital memory we depend on for our current tradition. You can spend a lot of time learn sets of digits, that make up musical digits which could be later used for larger sets of digits or, alternately, you could use our everyday memory system. These could be arranged in space to denote octave. Then, these will be put on a new staff, that will have 5 lines, but span 11 octaves. The center line would be middle C, so this would clearly be in the universal Alto clef. The old symbol will be used for the respect for tradition.

Each note head could then be colored, and consist of a noramal dot, with a standard colored letter in the center. This eventually could be typed into a computer, using the numbers 1-7 to denote octave, the number pad to select pitch, and the letters below those numbers to describe the coloring.

Now, each of these note heads can have up to 5 lines coming out of them. Their length can denote a variable, their color can denote a feature. The color can be the duration, If septuplets are needing, one can easily add a 7 above the group. Naturally, everything would be grouped in compact packets that reflected the time signature. Groupings of 4 would look just that. Such as, " 0000  0000 0000 0000." Further, "xooo xooo oooo xoxo   xooo oooo xooo oooo  xooo xooo xooo xoxo  oooo xooo xoxo xooo" would compress with different sizes of note heads. "xooo oooo oooo oooo" would appear just a little bit larger than "xo." Look at how far the duration indication can be from a pitch marker in our current system. It is terribly far away from the actual note only because of the medium for which the system was developed. A quill pen can only put wide lines. We now use graphite penciles and computers. This means that your brain has to assess a large amount of visual data, and that slows down learning process and recudces maximum sight reading capability. You are educated stupid.

Your one staff writing system is educated stupid! MusiCube has a four earth staffs! Worshiping single staff is preventing your mind.
