We call it "Student Accommodation", although I'm not sure that it's the best name, coz then it sounds too much like dorms or something, not assistance in finding local rental housing (which is what we actually do, coz we don't have our own dorms or houses.) Sometimes we call it "College-assistance in finding accommodation" or college-assisted accommodation.... that's not very good either, but more descriptive.
