This is just ridiculous now
Remember yesterday, when I was saying that I was way too invested in Johnny's career as a skater? Today someone on _skating brought up the point that even if he's doing all these press things in LA right now instead of training hardcore for Worlds, he looks so fucking happy that it's hard to be mad at him.
And I felt inclined to agree, and henceforth resolved to just be happy for him, figure skater or not.
And then I finally got off my ass and watched his Otonal routine. And...um...well, just listening to the music right now has me nearly in tears.
So yeah. WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY TOO INVESTED, BUT GDI I JUST WANT TO SEE HIM KICKING ASS AND TAKING NAMES IN TORINO AND BEING THE CRYSTAL ENCHANTRESS OF THE ICE WITHOUT ANY POSSIBLE BIASES OR DISTRACTIONS GOING ON.

Not much else is going on for me right now. 5W party is happening, which might make sleep a little more difficult than usual, but whatever. I'm going to get up early, watch my dork twins, go to Machine Clean, and then start studying for 044, 'cause Sunday night is off-limits (unfortunately enough). Things will be ok.
EDIT: Not being a hater or anything, but Gaga sounds really shitty through a couple feet of concrete. Conversely, the underlying melodies of the "Just Dance" and "Bad Romance" choruses are really very interesting, and I don't think I would have ever noticed them in an un-muffled format.
EDIT 2: OMG, JOHNNY INTRODUCING THE SOUP AWARDS. SO PERFECT. I LOVE HIM SFM, OH MY GODDDDDDDDD.
EDIT 3: ALSO, if Plushy is the King of the Quad, can Johnny be the King of the Triple Axel? Because goddamn, he is incredible at those.
