[ACTION]

[There's a new addition to town again! Some people might remember these, many people might not. Namely, it's Minamimoto on his new HEAP. This one is a little outside the center of town, actually in the middle of the road so it is right in your way. It's about eight feet tall and he's sitting at the top of it, looking amused.
