Well, last time it was friday work updates, now it's Tuesday work updates.......let's start with the weekend shall we?
Friday wasn't too bad, work went slow. Afterwards I went over to Nathan's to work on cosplay stuff, which took a bit longer than I'd hope'd I'm afraid :/ oh well. still need my earrings, hair extension, headband, shoes, and gauze for my leg and I'm all set. Afterwards we went to my house to clean up for the carpet guys, then I fed Alex Nathan and Jared (they eat WAY too much =P) anyways afterward I went to Nathan's and hung out for a bit/slept over. Afterwards on Saturday I went with my mom to get me a suit on my way to pick up my sister. It looks pretty good IMO, hopefully I can show you guys pics sometime when it's tailored ^_^. Afterwards I went home and just messed around for a while (video games and all that jazz). Saturday night feel through since Jill and her roomate came into town, so instead Jeremy and I played some Smash Bros and hung out for a while, which was good as well. Sunday I worked 'till about 7:30, then hung out with Jeremy, Nick, and Nacho (just a nickname lol) and we played some smash and such too. Then Jeremy, Nick, and I went hunting for a store to sell us a corncob pipe lol, though we couldn't find one :/. Weekend was a bit weird, and it certainly could have been better, but all in all I can't complain I guess.
I can however, complain about Monday. It sucked, plain and simple. I got up for class, found out I got a C+ on my test (I'm not bitching, but it takes my chances at an A at the class and pisses it down the drain, which is a bit of a let down). Then I went to philosophy which was fun.......but then I went to work. Ohhhhhh work was bad. We had all the moms and dads calling for the dance recitals 'cause tickets went for sale on Sunday.....and the phone was ringing off the hook, we had messages all the time, my boss was moody at times, my co-worker couldn't do calls for a fair amount of time 'cause my boss needed the computer for other purposes, and it was just a mess :(. I went through like 3 pages of messages and callbacks and such, and I had to stay in late too. didn't get much of a break either :( it blew. Afterwards I went home and had to work on a C++ program for tomorrow. I spent literally 3 hours on it......and got NOWHERE. not only was I dead in the water, but it scared the hell out of me.....I rarely fail and stuff with school-related things, so to see myself fall flat on my face is a bit of a shock I suppose, and scary :/. So afterwards I just gave up and played some games to try to take my mind off it (didn't work :/) and then went to bed.
Tuesday morning I headed to class early to run over my logic for the program before class to see what he thought. turns out my logic sucked :(. Either way, I managed to work on it before class and still hand it in completed in time :). The in-class took me a long time though, so I was only able to finish it myself and not help amy :(. Afterwards I went to social psych.where we learned about aggression, not excatly the most fun topic but oh well. Got my rough draft back, turns out my professor wasn't too harsh on the criticism of my paper ^_^. Did good on my test too. Plus, I made plans with amy to help her on her program, so that's good to know 'cause I want to make sure I can get her through the class (and it'll be good to see her :) ). And then I went to work today where it's not as bad as it was yesterday, still a bit busy. I'll be closing the office in about 20 mins, go home, eat a pizza, and enjoy my evening :). Later all! :)
