Prison Break Shite

Paking-tape shirt! The season ender of Prison Break is just as bad as the season ender of Lost season 1. Watching the last 4 episodes of the season straight was like playing Fatal Frame II for the first time - intense mehn. As in brain-exploding. Shet. I needed to listen to soothing music and update LJ after  watching it to calm myself down a bit before getting off my chair and going home. Grabeh.

On a calmer note, the use of Massive Attack's "Teardrop" during the montage near the end of episode 20, "Tonight", was one of the best uses of the song in a TV show / movie I've ever seen. As in.

Oh and I dreamt that I dated Went but he was rude so I slapped him. I woke-up from the dream befuddled and bemused.

Oh Mother

In other news, I haven't seen anything weird while commuting for a while, until last Friday on my way home. I was riding an FX (no, it wasn't the white Mitsubishi L300 with mint-green curtains), and through the window, I saw a lady driving a car while nursing a newborn baby. No, you didn't read it wrong. I saw a MOTHER DRIVING A CAR WHILE NURSING A NEWBORN BABY. Apparently, she's never heard of a breast pump and the wonders of what you can do with it, breast milk, and a baby bottle. And there were other people in the car with her, so she could have had some help with the baby. But I guess her protective instincts were a little strong and she didn't trust anyone feeding and handling her baby, but no, protective instinct can't be the reason here because YOU DON'T FRICKIN' NURSE A NEWBORN BABY WHILE DRIVIN' A FRICKIN' CAR.

I know women are great at multi-tasking, but this is taking it a bit too far, doncha think?

tv, commuting
