Just watched Supernatural Season 6 finale...
...and OMFG!
The return of BAMF!Castiel! I know he's all brain-washed and power-mad and evil and stuff, but he's still so hot! The scene where he blasted into the farm house and grabbed hold of 2 demons by their heads and totally head-slammed them to the ground? Gold star man.
So I guess Castiel's the Big Bad for next season, huh? Please don't kill him off writers, else thousands of fangirls will kill you with the power of their minds, mmkay?
Of course, the plot can be summed up as - Castiel decides to exercise the power of his free will but Dean scolds him and so he decides to sulk like a puppy except at epic proportions involving Armageddeon coz Dean doesn't love him anymore. The end (until next season). Oh, and lots of people die.
But I'd still watch for the lure of the hot guys, and the promise of more BAMF!Cas. C'mon Cas, you don't think Dean was really gonna be mad at you for long, did you? Even while he was pissed at you, he still called you 'Cas' and not 'MFSOB' or anything similar. He's already declared you as almost family; look what Sam did! He turned evil like twice and still got forgiven in the end.
Well, definitely looking forward to seeing how it turns out. Will we get to see God in the next season, do you think?
