Team Building

Just finished my company's 3 day team-building and i ache all over. I feel like a huge bruise. I have muscle sprains on my thighs, forearms, and slight ankle sprain from mountain trekking, paintball and an obstacle/adventure race. I have problems sitting down, getting back up, walking up stairs, walking down stairs, and walking in general. As I am lying on my tummy, my arms hurt from typing and my legs cannot be bent more than 90 degrees at the knees.

Only good thing after the team-building is that I am on MC tomorrow and I plan to laze around as much as possible (not that it's any different from usual; just that I'm medically approved to laze around) for this weekend. Lol! My weekend starts today!
